Are all Thnks included in the feed?

A: No. Only manually sent Thnks (via WebApp, Chrome Extension, or mobile apps) show up. Thnks sent automatically (e.g., via HRIS integration, bulk uploads, or file scheduling) do not appear in the feed.

What do events look like?

A: Each event card shows:

  • Event text (e.g., “Your Thnks was redeemed by [recipient email]”)

  • Thnks name (clickable to open details)

  • Timestamp in your local timezone

  • Like button/like count (unless it’s your own event or already liked)

  • Three-dots icon (only on events related to your own Thnks)

How does the feed handle older data?

A: It will progressively load events up to 365 days in the past. Upon initial deployment, only the last 30 days of data will be available; over time, the feed will accumulate more historical data.

How do I add a Like to an event?

A: Click the Like icon on any event that isn’t yours. Once liked, the total like count will update, and if another user likes your event, you’ll see a separate reaction event in your feed.

Can I like my own events?

A: No. The Like button doesn’t appear on events you created (e.g., your first Thnks, your sent Thnks, your redeemed Thnks).

Do I see a Like event if someone reacts to my activity?

A: Yes. You will see a distinct “reaction” event in your feed each time someone likes one of your activities.
