What is the Team Activity Feed?
A: The Team Activity Feed is a real-time, dynamic stream of gratitude exchanges among your teammates. It allows for social recognition by showing key events like first Thnks sent, opened and redeemed Thnks, reply backs, and reactions, all within your organization or team.
Who can use the Team Activity Feed?
A: The Team Activity Feed is available to teams within organizations that have enabled it. Individual users outside any team structure will not have access to the feed.
Whose activity will I see in the Team Activity Feed? Is it just my immediate team?
A: By default, the feed displays public activity from all users across your entire organization who are part of a team and have the feature enabled (unless they've opted out personally). This provides visibility into gratitude exchanges across the whole company, not just your specific team.
What if I don’t see the Team Activity Feed in my account?
A: Either your organization or your specific team may have the Team Activity Feed disabled, or you may be an individual user (outside a team). If the feed is disabled at the organization level, you won’t see it at all.
Can I disable the feed for my personal account only?
A: Yes, you can opt out of sharing your Thnks-related activity. This is done via your Profile (see Opting Out section).
Can we configure the feed to only show activity from specific teams within our organization?
A: While individual users see activity from the entire organization by default (unless they've opted out or use Private Thnks), administrators can request to exclude specific teams from appearing in anyone's feed entirely. To configure this restriction, please contact your Thnks Account Manager or support@thnks.com.
