If you send a Thnks to an invalid email address or it is rejected by the recipient's server, the Thnks will automatically be expired and refunded to you. You will receive an email notification of this occurrence.
When this occurs, you will need to send a new Thnks from scratch to the correct email address for it to go through. If you are certain that you are using the correct email address, please reach out to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
