If you send a Thnks to an incorrect email address or it is rejected by the recipients server the Thnks will automatically be expired and refunded. You will receive email notification of this occurrence.

When this occurs you will need to send a new Thnks from scratch to the correct email address for it to go through. If you are certain that you are using the correct email address please reach out to our support team at support@thnks.com.
