We're happy to announce general availability of Thnks' SAP Concur E-Receipt integration for our Enterprise(+) plan users. This integration allows your Thnks account to automatically send e-receipts to SAP Concur.
There are two ways of connecting Thnks with SAP Concur.
Connect within Thnks.
Check your Thnks Profile
This can be done by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the screen (If you've uploaded a logo or picture of yourself, you will see that instead)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the "Connected Accounts"
Under "Connected Accounts" check if you see "SAP Concur" as an option listed
If Yes, connect your account
A window will open and require you to log into SAP Concur using your SAP Concur credentials. Note: If you are already logged into SAP Concur on your device this window will not pop up and you will automatically be logged in
If No, request the feature be enabled via your admin or Account Manager
If you are not aware of who your Account Manager is, please reach out to Solutions@thnks.com
After it has been enabled, connect your account
A window will open and require you to log into SAP Concur using your SAP Concur credentials. Note: If you are already logged into SAP Concur on your device this window will not pop up and you will automatically be logged in
2. Connect within SAP Concur
There are a few ways to do this:
Click on "App Center" in the top navigation bar
Search for "Thnks"
OR
The Thnks app can be found under the "All User Connections" list
Select the Thnks app and click "Connect" on the right hand side of the page
Log in using your Thnks.com credentials after clicking "Connect"
Congratulations! You've connected Thnks to your Concur platform.
Curious as to what a Thnks transaction looks like in SAP Concur?
You will see the line item of the transaction listed under "Available Expenses"
Selecting the line item will display more details about the transaction as well as a copy of the Thnks receipt that you will have also received to the email address of your Thnks account
Congratulations! Your Thnks account and SAP Concur are now connected
