Team Admins have the ability to move users from team to team within their own organization. Below are the steps to do so:
Click on the "Admin" tab in the top right corner
Click "Users" on the left side of the page
To move a user from a team to yours select the "Move From" button
Select the Team and User and then choose if you'd like them to retain their spend limit or increase it
To move a user currently on your team to another team click the "..." to the right of the user and select "Move To"
Select the team and whether or not you want to retain the spend limit or increase it
