I see a “Red Dot” on the bell icon. What does that mean?

A: A red dot indicates new, unread activity in the feed. Once you open the feed, new events load automatically.

My feed doesn’t show any events, but I sent a Thnks. Why?

A: Ensure that:

  1. Your team and organization have the feed enabled.

  2. The Thnks wasn’t sent via an automated process (e.g., HRIS or bulk upload). Automated Thnks are excluded from the feed.

  3. Your Thnks has at least been Opened

Can I view older events beyond 30 days?

A: Over time, the feed can show events from up to the past 365 days. Initially, only 30 days’ worth of data will be populated after launch, and more historical data will accumulate going forward.
